我国职业教育定位问题及对策分析——以江阴市为例

摘要 我国职业教育发展规模已经占教育事业的"半壁江山",但职业教育的质量和社会影响力却未相应提升,其服务经济社会发展的能力不足。近年来,江阴市职业教育投入逐年上升,但职业教育服务地方经济发展的能力不足,究其原因,首要的、最基本的问题是定位存在问题。职业教育定位问题包括政府在职业教育中的职能定位、职业院校的办学定位、社会对职业教育的认识定位等诸多方面。职业教育要健康良性地发展,必须对存在的问题积极整改,解决基本定位问题,在明确定位的基础上,把握发展方向,建立起较为完善的现代职教体系。 China's vocational education development scale has accounted for half of the cause of education.However its education quality and social influences have not improved accordingly and low capacity in economic and social development. So is the Jiangyin City, in spite of growing increase of vocational education investment in recent years. The primary and the most basic problem is the positioning problem. The positioning problem of vocational education includes the orientation of the government's functions, the orientation of vocational colleges' running school and the orientation of social understanding to vocational education and many other aspects of problems. To develop healthily, vocational education shall actively solve these problems, such as solving the positioning problem, and grasp the direction of development to establish a relatively perfect modern vocational education system.
