艺术学院自身所具有的特殊性,决定了艺术院校基层党建必须具有自身的特点。从南京艺术学院"闳约深美"校训出发,结合传媒学院的具体案例,详细论述艺术院校基层党建工作与闳约深美精神的有效契合,能更好地实现艺术院校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承的使命。

The art institute has its peculiar character, which determines the characteristics in the Party building.Based on the motto of Nanjing Arts Institute Hong Yue Shen Mei, and combined with the specific case of School of Media, the paper discussed the effect integration between the Party Construction in Arts Institutes and the Spirit of Hong Yue Shen Mei to better realize the mission of the arts institutes in talents training, scientific research, social services and cultural heritage.
