摘要
城市文化软实力是由文化价值吸引力、文化产业竞争力、文化知识生产力和文化体制引导力四个作用力构成。随着城市发展的进一步需求,城市价值提升将是城市发展的必然选择,而城市文化软实力应为城市价值提升发挥重要的作用。城市文化软实力中的文化价值吸引力是城市价值的精神源泉,文化产业竞争力是城市价值提升的新兴动力,文化知识生产力是城市价值提升的智力支撑,文化体制引导力是城市价值提升的有力保障。
The urban culture soft power is made up of the guidance of the culture system,the competitiveness of the cultural industries,the attraction and the productivity of the urban culture. Enhancing the value of the city is the inevitable choice for the development of the city and the urban culture soft power should play an important role in the promotion of urban value. The urban culture soft power is the spiritual source,the emerging power,the intellectual support and the strong guarantee for the promotion of the value of the city.
