摘要
当前,随着我国城镇化的深度推进,放宽户籍制度已经成为完善城镇化体制机制的重要内容。放宽户籍制度,对于消除城乡二元结构,让转移农牧民市民化,促进城乡一体化具有重要的意义。
At present,with the deepening development of urbanization,loosening census policy has become an important content in perfecting urbanization mechanism. Loosening census policy is of important significance to the citizenization of farmers and herdsmen as well as to the integration of city and countryside.
