基于优势视角下的社会工作专业大学生就业问题分析

A Study on the Employment Problem of Social Work Major Graduates Based on the Strength Perspective Theory

我国的社会工作发展进程落后于西方国家,研究社会工作专业毕业生就业现状,能够充分了解导致就业困境的原因和社工专业教育存在的问题,有利于社工专业职业化发展,促进毕业生全面就业。本文基于优势视角理论就社会工作专业大学生就业问题进行研究,分析了当前就业形势及原因,并从社会、高校以及社会工作者等几方面提出建议对策。

The development of social work in China lags behind the western countries. Research of the employment problem of social work major graduates makes it possible to fully understand the reasons of unemployment and the problems existing in social work education,which is helpful to professionalism development of social work and make a full employment. This paper analyses the employment problem of social work major graduates including the current employment situation,the reasons based on the strength perspective,and give some advice from the aspects of society,university and social workers.
