The Study of ISO9001-based Process Management System for Internship of Business English Majors

作为一种教育活动,商务英语专业顶岗实习的质量控制很大程度上取决于对其过程的关注和监管;ISO9001标准是一套成熟的质量管控体系,前人的研究显示其可适用于教育活动[1,2]。在此背景下,文章通过引入ISO9001标准的一些关键要素,尝试在其指导下构建商务英语专业顶岗实习过程监管体系并研究其运行模式。

The quality of internship of Business English Majors is largely depended on the focus and management to its process. As a mutual quality control system,ISO9001 has been approved to be suitable for teaching activities. After analyzing the features of internship of business English majors,this paper tried to construct and study the process management system of Business English Majors with the help of ISO9001.
