摘要
通过对实际高校在校生心理进行辅导干预与不干预的对照实验,对干预前后两组学生的职业决策自我效能、焦虑状况进行统计分析,以探讨团体心理辅导对大学生职业决策自我效能及焦虑的影响性、实效性。结果显示:实验组学生在经过八次的团体心理辅导后,在自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划、问题解决、焦虑状况各维度上的得分均有明显的变化,说明干预前后存在显著差异,而职业决策自我效能与焦虑状况无变化。据此可以得出结论:团体心理辅导提高了大学生对职业决策的自我效能感,降低了择业的焦虑和压力。应该作为大学生心理健康教育的主要形式加以推广、采用。
Through a comparative experiment of undertaking intervention and non-intervention to college student psychology counseling,this paper analyzes the two group students' self efficicy of career decision-making and their anxiety state before and after intervention so as to discuss the influence and efficiency of group psychology counseling on college students self efficicy of career decision-making and their anxiety. The result shows that after8 group psychology counseling,obvius changes have taken place in students of experiment group in aspects of self-evaluation,information collection,aim choice,project formulation,problem solution and anxiety state,which makes clear that there exists obvious difference before and after intervention. However,there is no changes in self efficicy of career decision-making and anxiety state. Therefore,group psychology can improve college students' self efficicy in career decision-making,lower their anxiety in employment choice and pressure. As the main form of mental health education for college students,it should be widely spreaded.
