摘要
通过改变铣削加工灰铸铁HT250时的切削用量,设计正交实验,获得不同切削用量组合下的切削力值和表面粗糙度值.采用极差分析方法对数据进行了处理和分析,得到了各因素的优水平,并且分别选出了以表面粗糙度为指标时的优化的参数组合和以切削力为指标时优化的参数组合.运用稳健性设计方法,对影响表面粗糙度和切削力的切削用量进行了优化,最终得出了基于稳健性设计的优化的参数组合.
Through changing the cutting parameters of milling gray iron HT250,an orthogonal experiment is designed to get different values of surface roughness with different cutting parameters. Using the extreme difference analysis method,the experiment data are analyzed to get the optimal levels of each factor. Finally,the optimal parameters are identified when taking the surface roughness and the cutting force as the index respectively. By using the robustness design method,the cutting parameters which influence surface roughness and the cutting force are optimized. In the end,the optimal combination based on robustness design method is obtained.
