揿针治疗阴虚火旺型老年复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Thumbtack Needle Therapy for Senile Recurrent Oral Ulcer of Yin Deficiency and Fire Excess Type

目的观察揿针治疗阴虚火旺型老年复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予复方氯己定含漱液10 m L,含漱5 min,每日2次;观察组在对照组基础上,予揿针治疗,每次6 h,每日1次,左右交替。两组疗程均为5 d。疗程结束后评价临床疗效,并观察治疗前后的中医症状评分、VAS评分,进行对比分析。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为96.7%、83.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后中医症状积分及VAS评分较治疗前均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论揿针治疗阴虚火旺型老年复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切,并能减轻患者中医临床症状和缓解疼痛。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needle therapy for senile recurrent oral ulcer of yin deficiency and fire excess type.Method Sixty patients cancer pain were allocated,using a random number table,to observation and control groups,30 cases each.The control group gargled with 10 m L compound chlorhexidine mouthwash 5 min twice daily and the observation group received thumbtack needle therapy 6 hrs once daily,on the left and right sides alternately,in addition to treatment given to the control group.The course of treatment was five days in both groups.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated after the completion of treatment.The TCM symptom score and the VAS score were recorded before and after treatment.A comparative analysis was carried out.Result The total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group.It was higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The TCM symptom score and the VAS score decreased in the observation and control groups after treatment compared with before（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.They decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thumbtack needle therapy has a definite effect on senile recurrent oral ulcer of yin deficiency and fire excess type.It can relieve TCM clinical symptoms and pains in the patients.
