摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为支撑材料,石蜡作为相变材料,膨胀石墨(EG)作为导热增强填料,通过熔融共混法制备EG/HDPE/石蜡导热增强型定形相变复合材料(PCM)。结果表明:HDPE、石蜡和EG之间有良好的相容性,HDPE和EG对石蜡具有良好的包覆作用;随着EG的提高,PCM的热导率增加;定形相变复合材料具有较强的控温能力。
EG/HDPE/Paraffin heat conductive enhanced mode shapely phase change composite material( PCM) was prepared by melt blending method,in which high density polyethylene( HDPE) was used as the supporting materials,paraffin was used as the phase change materials,and expanded graphite( EG)was used as heat conductive reinforcing filler. The results show that there are good compatibility among HDPE,paraffin and EG. HDPE and EG on paraffin has a good cladding effect. The thermal conductivity of PCM increases with increasing EG content. The shapely phase change composite materials has stronger ability controling temperature.
