摘要
利用机械合金化技术制备了Ti_(15.5)Ni_(49.5)Zr_(35)合金粉体,发现球磨后的合金粉末颗粒直径大致在微米量级。球磨时间越长,非晶化程度越高,合金化现象更明显。退火态的合金粉末中出现了NiTi、Ni_2Zr和ZrO_2等相,证明退火使得Ti_(15.5)Ni_(49.5)Zr_(35)粉末实现了从非晶态向晶态转变的晶化过程。
Ti_(15.5)Ni_(49.5)Zr_(35) alloy powders were prepared by mechanical alloying method. The ball milled alloy powder particles was about the micron in diameter. The longer time the ball mill,the heiher the degree of non-crystallizing,and the alloying became more evident. NiTi,Ni_2 Zr and ZrO_2 phase appeared in annealed alloy powders,and it proved that annealing made Ti_(15.5)Ni_(49.5)Zr_(35) alloy powders complete the crystallizing process from amorphous to crystalline.
