摘要
通过大气等离子体喷涂在GH4049薄壁合金上制备了纳米结构的ZrO_2-8%Y_2O_3热障涂层,分析了涂层的抗热震性能和热腐蚀性能。结果表明制备态的涂层为t'相;900℃热震150次后,表面裂纹开始快速生长;热腐蚀150 h后,表面出现束状的YVO_4产物。
The nanostructured ZrO_2-8% Y_2O_3 thermal barrier coatings were prepared on thin GH4049 alloy plate by air plasam spraying. Thermal shock and hot corrosion resistance properties were investigated. Results indicated that the as-sprayed coating was consisted of t' phase. Cracks on coating surface began to grow fastly after 150 cycling thermal shock at 900 ℃. The surface appeared the sheaf-like YVO_4 corrosion products after 150 h hot corrosion.
