摘要
采用微弧氧化法在5083铝合金表面制备陶瓷涂层。用XRD方法分析涂层的物相和组织结构,并评价涂层在3.5ω%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。涂层由γ-Al_2O_3相组成,厚度约8~10μm。微弧氧化处理后5083铝合金的腐蚀电流密度大大降低,耐腐蚀性能提高。
The ceramic coating was prepared by micro-arc oxidation on 5083 aluminum alloy. The phase composition and structure of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction( XRD),and the corrosion behavior of coatings in 3. 5% NaCl solution was evaluated. The coating consists of γ-Al_2O_3 and the thickness of the coating is about from 8 to 10 μm. The corrosion current density of 5083 aluminum alloy treated by micro-arc oxidation is greatly decreased,and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.
