摘要
TC11是α+β型热强钛合金,使用温度达500℃,但在现有的热处理工艺条件下综合力学性能差。鉴于此,本文设计了双重热处理工艺,采用Image-Pro Plus软件对热处理后的组织进行定量表征,揭示了不同参数对组织的影响规律,并结合力学性能测试结果进行了工艺优化。
TC11 is the α + β type heat strong titanium alloy and its end-use temperature reaches 500 ℃,But its comprehensive mechanical properties is poor under the existing heat treatment. In view of this,the double heat treatment process is designed in this paper. Quantitative characterization of structure after heat trearment is conducted by Image-Pro Plus software to reveal the influence rule of different parameters on microstructure and the process is optimized combining with the testing result of mechanical property.
