Cr26/16Mn双金属管的热处理工艺研究

摘要 由于双金属管具有两种材料的优点,所以越来越得到广泛的应用。双金属管内层具有Cr26钢的硬度和耐磨性,外层具有16Mn较好的韧性。本实验的Cr26/16Mn双金属管采用离心浇铸和热挤压成形,存在一定的组织应力和成分偏析。通过设计相应的热处理工艺改善Cr26/16Mn双金属管的组织,从而提高其综合性能;通过金相和硬度测试分析热处理工艺的合理性。试验结果表明:Cr26/16Mn双金属管经调质处理后再进行淬火和回火,偏析基本消除,硬度提高,达到了使用要求。 Due to the bimetal pipe has the advantages of two materials,so it is more and more widely used. The inlayer of bimetal pipe possesses hardness and wear resistance of Cr26 steel and the outer layer has good toughness of 16 Mn as well. In this experiment,Cr26/16 Mn bimetal pipe has some of the stress and segregation because of using centrifugal casting and hot extrusion forming. Structure of Cr26/16 Mn bimetal tube is improved by design of the appropriate heat treatment process,so that its overall performance is improved. The rationality of heat treatment process is analyzed by metallographic and hardness test. The results show that the segregation of Cr26/16 Mn bimetal pipe was eliminated by quenching and tempering after quenching and tempering,to improve the hardness and to reach the operating requirements.
