基于TOE模型的宁波跨境电商绩效评价研究

On the Performance Evaluation of Cross-border Electricity Supplier in Ningbo Based on TOE Model

国家对跨境电商的政策已经从促进发展转向促进加规范,因此,开展跨境电商绩效评价研究很有现实意义。文章从供应链管理角度,基于TOE模型,运用因子分析法对跨境电子商务绩效模型的测量指标进行公因子提取,又根据关键因子来确定影响跨境电子商务平台的主要因素,并针对宁波跨境电子商务平台建设的问题提出了优化供应链信息系统、完善供应链网络流通、提升供应链终端体验等相应对策。

The national policies on cross-border e-commence has shifted from promoting the development to specification. Therefore, cross-border e-commence performance evaluation plays an important role in further development. From the perspective of supply chain management, TOE-based model, factor analysis of cross-border e-commerce model, the thesis extracted the common factor about the measuring indicators of cross-border e-commence. The author confirmed the main factors that determined the impact of cross- border e-commence according to the key factors, and came up with some countermeasures for Ningbo cross-border e-commence measures such as optimizing system, improving supply chain network traffic, and improving supply chain the supply chain information end-user experience.
