Based on the seven civil transportation and production index from 1950 to 2014,the comprehensive utility function of China civil aviation industry was established by principal component analysis.The evolution of Chinese civil aviation transportation industry can be divided into three phases and there are obvious growth and changes.The China civil aviation industry is monopoly market as shown by the market concentration data from1999 to 2014.
