基于ANSYS的开关外壳结构分析及优化

摘要 开关外壳仅有1.8 mm的上侧边导致其安装力学性能差,在实际安装过程中易出现断裂.此外,面板在设计过程中内壁交叉处无圆角也是导致断裂的另一重要因素.针对以上原因,设计出L943正交试验表,基于UG设计方案重新建模,采用ANSYS软件对各方案进行数值模拟,并分析对应力和变形量的影响,得出最佳的组合水平A3B2C1D1,再进一步采用理论和实际验证,对开关的优化设计提出参考性建议. Due to the side length of switch is 1.8 mm,which is leading to poor strength,and it is possible that the switch shell may break during the installation process.Besides,the product design that there isn't fillet inside of the shell is another reason to affect the strength.According to the analysis,aL943 orthogonal test table was designed,a model was built based on UG and ANSYS software was used to simulate the model.Based on the stress and deformation analysis,the best simulation result was got as A3B2C1D1.Then,theorectical and practical tests were conducted and some guidance for the switch designing in future were provided.
