摘要
伴随出境旅游热潮,我国旅游企业开始在全球资源的配置上寻求新的增长空间,但尚处于国际化的初级阶段,亟需了解国外成熟旅游企业的国际化扩张路径和跨国经营经验。文章在系统梳理国际化动机和进入战略相关理论的基础上,重点回顾国内外学者关于酒店、航空公司、旅行社等不同类型的旅游企业国际化决策研究,在为未来学术研究提供方向的同时,也为旅游企业的跨国实践提供参考。
With the rapid increase of outbound travel,more and more Chinese tourism enterprises begin to allocate global resources to achieve growth.However, Chinese tourism enterprises are still in the initial stage of internationalization, which need to learn the expansion path and the management experience of foreign mature tourism enterprises.Based on the theories of international motivation and entry strategy, this paper reviewed the researches on international decision of different types of tourism enterprises, such as hotels, airlines,travel agencies, et al.The results help to provide direction for future academic research, and also provide reference of international practice for tourism enterprises.
