摘要
文章以长三角地区投入产出数据为样本,采用超效率SBM模型测算了2005-2014年长三角地区及其各地市环境效率。研究表明:①考虑环境因素的影响明显降低了环境效率水平。②长三角地区整体环境效率水平不高,起初呈现缓慢的下降趋势,但在2011年出现拐点。③长三角地区环境效率存在明显的地区差异,上海环境效率水平优于江苏浙江地区。
In this paper, super-efficienty SBM model was applied to calculate the environmental efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta in 2005-2014 by using the input-output data.The results showed that taking into account the influence of environmental factors significantly reduced the level of environmental efficiency.The overall level of environmental efficiency was not high and declining at the beginning,but the inflection point was emerged at 2011.The quality of environmental efficiency varied differentially across areas, and it was better in Shanghai than in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
