推进供给侧改革是适应经济发展新常态的重大创新,在深化供给侧改革的背景下如何提升大学生就业能力已成为新的研究热点。对此,本文从供给侧改革的视角出发,在结合大学生就业现状、分析大学生就业问题的基础上,针对大学生、高校、政府、用人单位等四方面提出了提升大学生就业能力的相关对策,以期对提升大学生就业能力有重要的指导意义。

The supply-and-demand system reform is a significant innovation to adapt to the new normal state of economic development. How to improve college students＇ employment ability has become a new research hot spot under the background of deepening the supply-and-demand system reform. For this, in perspective of the supply-side reform, this article puts forward the related countermeasure of improving the employ ability of university students for the college students on the basis of the present situation of university students＇ employment, such as colleges and universities, the government and the enterprise, hoping they have great guiding significance to promote university students＇ employment ability.
