新疆某高等医学院校5所附属三甲医院运行现状及综合服务能力的比较研究

Comparison of present situation and the comprehensive service ability in the five Top 3 hospitals affiliated to a Xinjiang higher medical university

目的评价新疆某高等医学院校5所附属三甲医院运行现状及综合服务能力,找出其优势和薄弱环节。方法采用现况研究方法对2014年5所附属医院的人员、经费、床位、设备、医疗服务等项目进行比较分析。采用综合指数法对5所医院的综合服务能力进行评价。结果 D医院的硕博人员所占比例偏低,医院的总收入和人均创造价值都偏低,人员支出占比、固定资产支出占比及医用耗材占比较高,负债率高达80%,万元以上设备数量相对较少;E医院的床位周转次数(26.40)和病床使用率(76.90%)偏低,平均住院日(9.9 d)相对较高。综合指数分析结果,A、B、C、E 4所医院提供服务能力效率均达标,而D医院未达标。综合指数排序为I_A>I_B>I_C>I_E>I_D。结论 A医院和B医院运行状况良好,综合服务能力较高,C医院次之,D医院应加强多方面的管理,提高服务能力和效率,以保证医院的健康运行。

Objective To compare the running situation and comprehensive service ability of the five Top 3 hospitals affiliated to a Xinjiang higher medical university to find out its advantages and weaknesses. Methods A crosssectional study was performed to compare and analyze the personnel,funds,beds,equipment,medical services and other items of the 5 affiliated hospitals in 2014. The comprehensive index method was conducted to evaluate the comprehensive service capabilities of the 5 hospitals. Results Among all aspects,hospital A and B ran in good condition; prominent problems were： the proportion of master and Ph. D personnel in hospital D was low,the hospital general income and personal creative value were low,personnel outlays proportion,fixed assets proportion and medical consumables item proportion were higher,debt ratio was as high as 80%,there were less equipment above10 thousand yuan relatively; and in hospital E beds turnover and bed utilization rate were low,an average of hospital stay was relatively high. Comprehensive index analysis results show hospital A,B,C and E efficiency indexes met its capability of providing services,but hospital D was not,which the sequence was IA 〉IB〉 IC 〉IE 〉ID.Conclusion Hospital A and B are running in good condition,the comprehensive service ability is higher,hospital C is at secondary rank,and hospital D needs to be strengthened the management in many aspects to ensure the healthy operation of the hospital and improve the service ability and efficiency.
