哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中差异蛋白TAGLN、TAGLN2的表达分析

Study on expressions of TAGLN and TAGLN2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Kazak

目的对筛选出的食管鳞癌组织中的差异蛋白平滑肌肌动蛋白22α(Transgelin,TAGLN)及其异构体肌动蛋白结合蛋白2(Transgelin2,TAGLN2)进行验证。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014年1月-2015年8月食管鳞状细胞癌患者新鲜癌组织及相应癌旁正常黏膜组织标本共28对;按照民族及淋巴结是否发生转移进行分组,运用Western Blot技术对新鲜食管鳞癌组织中的TAGLN、TAGLN2蛋白表达情况进行半定量分析。结果 Western Blot技术半定量分析发现TAGLN、TAGLN2在食管鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织中的表达高于相应癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);TAGLN在食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移组中的表达高于淋巴结未转移组(P<0.05)。结论TAGLN、TAGLN2是食管鳞状细胞癌发生、发展过程中的重要变化分子。

Objective To analyze the expression of TAGLN and TAGLN2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 28 pairs of fresh tissues of carcinoma and adjacent normal mucosa tissues from patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were collection from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during January 2014 to August 2015. The expression of TAGLN and TAGLN2 from 28 pair of tissues were analyzed by Western Blotting technology. Results It was found that the expressions of the TAGLN and TAGLN2 in fresh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tumor tissue were higher than that in adjacent normal tissues（ P 〈0. 05）;TAGLN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion TAGLN and TAGLN2 are two important changing proteins in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
