摘要
加强航空安全保障体系建设是习近平主席提出的一项战略要求,加强民航安全保障人才培养工作具有十分重要的战略意义。以战略思维和前瞻视野,分析了加强民航安全保障体系建设的三大类人才培养需求,针对我国民航安全保障人才培养中存在的问题,提出加强我国民航安全保障人才培养应做到明确民航安全保障人才培养的总体目标,创新民航安全保障人才培养的合作模式,完善民航安全保障人才培养的学科体系,建设民航安全保障人才培养的创新平台,设立民航安全保障人才培养的专项基金,加强民航安全保障人才培养的国际合作。
It is a strategic claim to strengthen construction of aviation security system proposed by President XI Jin-ping,and it is very important to strengthen cultivation of civil aviation security talents.With foresight and strategic thinking,this essay analyzed three kinds of talents demand of civil aviation security,and proposed a series of strategic countermeasures to strengthen talents cultivation of civil aviation security referring to current problems,including confirming overall goals,innovating cooperation models,perfecting discipline system,building innovation platforms,setting up special funds,and strengthening international cooperation.
