摘要
文章通过使用外来入侵植物—紫茎泽兰的茎杆和马铃薯深加工废渣为原料,探究该两种原料不同比例、沼气底液和温度对其厌氧发酵沼气产气量的影响。试验结果表明:在紫茎泽兰茎杆与马铃薯深加工废渣的比例为1∶2,沼气底液为100 m L和温度为30℃的厌氧发酵条件下,混合发酵的产气速率和累积产气量出现最高峰。并利用产气后的沼渣做饲料毒性研究,以小白鼠为试验对象,进行长达65天的观察。试验结果表明:当沼渣含量在10%范围内时,试验组小白鼠的生长发育情况与对照组相近。为紫茎泽兰和马铃薯深加工废渣的资源化利用提供了新的方法。
With the stem of Eupatorium adenophonum Spreng and deep processing waste residue of potato as the raw materi- als, their anaerobic co-digestion, under different mixing proportion, different amount of inoculum biogas slurry and different temperature, were carried out. The result showed that, under the Eupatorium adenophonum Spreng and potato processing residue mixing ratio of 1 : 2, inoculum biogas slurry of 100 mL, and temperature of 30℃, the biogas production rate and ac- cumulative gas production reached the peak. After the anaerobic co-digestion, the digested residue was used as feed addi- tives for mouse. Observation of 65d was made. The result showed that, when the mouse food contained the residue lower than 10% , the growth of tested mouse were similar with that of control group. This result could provide a way of compre- hensive utilizing of Eupatorium adenophonum Spreng and potato processing waste.
