新型农村社区村庄建成后评价调查研究——以河南省周口市、新乡市和焦作市为例

Research on the post occupancy evaluation of new rural communities——A case study of Zhoukou city,Xinxiang city and Jiaozuo city in Henan province

在对河南省周口市、新乡市、焦作市3个地方的新型农村社区村庄实地调研以及现场踏勘的基础上,通过居民的满意度调查和专家打分的使用状况评估两种评价方法,对新型农村社区的总体布局、住宅建设、道路系统、公共服务设施、环境状况等方面进行了建成后的评价与分析。研究发现,居民和专家的评价结果存在差异,这主要是由于权重分配不同,并且新型农村社区只重视住宅建设,而忽视配套的相关设施。本文最后提出3点完善建议。

Based on the field and site survey of three new rural communities such as Zhoukou city,Xinxiang city,Jiaozuo city in Henan province,by means of two evaluation methods of the satisfaction survey of the residents and the experts scoring. This article analyzes the post occupancy evaluation of overall layout,housing,roads,public service facilities,environment of the new rural communities. Through research there are differences about evaluation results between residents and the experts. This is because the diverse of weight distribution,and new rural communities pay attention to housing construction,but ignore the related facilities. At last this article puts forward three suggestions.
