BPI/LBP,Nramp和IL-8基因在不同月龄以及LPS刺激后贡氏假鳃鳉鱼体中的表达模式

Expression Pattern of BPI/LBP,Nramp and IL-8 Genes in Nothobranchius Guentheriat Different Month Ages and After the Lipopolysaccharide Challenge

衰老引起免疫系统退化,但这种影响对不同组织是否相同并不清楚.本研究通过检测抗菌相关基因(包括免疫效应分子BPI/LBP和Nramp以及调控因子IL-8)在不同月龄的一年生贡氏假鳃鳉不同组织中mRNA的表达水平,发现这三种基因均呈现与月龄和器官组织相关的异质性表达模式.与成龄鱼相比,老龄鱼的肝组织中三种抗菌基因均有升高.在受到LPS刺激后,在老龄贡氏假鳃鳉的肝脏中抗菌免疫反应较弱,即对老龄鱼肝脏而言,衰老会系统地削弱肝脏的免疫反应能力.

Aging degrades the immunity,however,whether this effect is homogeneous or not is obscure. By way of testing the mRNA＇s expression level of the related antibacterial genes（ BPI / LBP,Nramp,effector molecules and IL- 8,regulatory factors） in the different tissues of the annual Nothobranchius guentheri at the different month ages,the fact is found that these three kinds of genes all show the heterogeneous expression pattern related to the month age and organs. In comparison with the adult fish,the liver tissues of the old fish have more antibacterial genes. After the Lipopolysaccharide Challenge,the old N. guentheri liver＇s antibacterial immunity response is weaker. That is,the aging can weaken this response systematically.
