氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Losartan Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

目的:分析氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选择2012年1月-2015年1月就诊的高血压合并糖尿病患者100例,入选患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对比分析两组治疗后的临床效果,以及两组患者治疗前后血压、血糖各项指标的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(98.0%)与对照组治疗后的总有效率(76.0%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP水平与对照组比较显著低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的FPG、2 h PG水平与对照组比较显著低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者采取氯沙坦联合氨氯地平联合治疗可以提高效果,有效降低血压及血糖水平,值得推广和应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Losartan combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Method：100 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus from January 2012 to January 2015 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group was 50 cases,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,and patients in the two groups before and after the treatment,blood pressure,blood glucose and the indexes change by using random number table were compared.Result：The efficiency of the observation group（98.0%） compared with the control group（76.0%） after treatment,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,SBP and DBP levels of observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,FPG and 2 h PG levels of the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes take Losartan combined with Amlodipine combination therapy can improve the curative effect,effectively reduce the blood pressure and blood sugar levels,worthy of promotion and application.
