小儿误服苯乙哌啶中毒的抢救和护理体会

Emergency Treatment and Nursing Care of Children with Diphenoxylate Poisoning

目的:探讨小儿误服苯乙哌啶中毒的抢救与护理方式。方法:随机选择2012年1月-2015年12月,在笔者所在医院接受治疗的40例误服苯乙哌啶中毒的患儿资料,对其资料进行回顾性分析,探讨中毒原因、临床症状及抢救、护理方式。结果:经过抢救与精心护理后,40例患儿中有39例抢救成功,1例抢救无效死亡。在护理满意程度上,有97.5%的家长对护理表示满意。结论:小儿误服大量的苯乙哌啶会造成中毒,甚至是危及生命,一旦出现中毒现象,立马开展抢救工作,提高治愈率。

Objective：To explore the rescue and nursing methods in children taking diphenoxylate poisoning.Method：The clinical data of 40 children accidental diphenoxylate poisoning in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and retrospectively analyzed,the poisoning causes,clinical symptoms and rescue,nursing methods were discussed.Result：After rescue and careful nursing,39 children were rescued successfully,1 children was rescued invalid death.In the degree of nursing satisfaction,97.5% of the parents expressed satisfaction with care.Conclusion：A large number of children with accidental diphenoxylate can cause poisoning,and even life-threatening,once appear moderate phenomenon,immediately carry out rescue work,improve the cure rate.
