合金元素Ti及热处理工艺对0Cr18Ni10Ti奥氏体不锈钢组织及性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Ti element and heat treatment on microstructure and properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel

摘要 研究了不同Ti含量及热处理工艺对0Cr18Ni10Ti钢组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,合金元素Ti可以有效细化晶粒尺寸,在1080℃保温开始出现混晶,且随着固溶温度升高,保温时间延长,晶粒发生异常长大。综合考虑,试验钢Ti含量应控制在0.4%,固溶温度不高于1050℃。 Effect of the different Ti content and heat treatment process on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti steel was studied. The results show that Ti can effectively refine the grain size and mixed grain is found at 1080 ℃,the grain size grows up with the increase of solution temperature and holding time. Overall consideration,the Ti content of the tested steel should be controlled at 0. 4% and the solution temperature is not over 1050 ℃.
