摘要
利用Thermo-Calc软件模拟计算了不同含量Cr、Ni的TP347H钢的平衡相组成。结果表明,原始TP347H钢随着温度升高,析出相M_(23)C_6、MX相和σ相的含量逐渐减少,700℃时析出相中主要为MX相和σ相。不同Cr、Ni含量TP347H钢中,随着Cr含量的升高,相图中主要生成相有向右移动的趋势,Cr是促进σ相析出的元素,Ni是抑制σ相析出的元素。
Composition of equilibrium precipitated phases of TP347H steel specimens with different contents of Cr and Ni was analyzed by using thermodynamic simulation software Thermo-Calc. The results show that the contents of precipitated phases M_(23)C_6,MX and σ phase decline gradually with the rise of temperature. The equilibrium phases are mainly M_(23)C_6 and σ phase when the temperature reaches 700 ℃.There is a tendency of the phase diagram moving to the right with the content of Cr rising up in the TP347H steel specimens with different contents of Cr and Ni. The element of Cr promotes σ phase to precipitate while the element of Ni suppresses the σ phase to precipitate.
