环指蛋白213基因与烟雾病及颅内大动脉狭窄/闭塞相关性研究进展

摘要 颅内大动脉狭窄/闭塞(intracranial major artery stenosis/occlusion,ICASO)是全世界范围内缺血性卒中常见的原因之一[1].无创性头颅血管评估技术的进步和普及,促使ICASO成为研究的热点,特别是危险因素及易感基因方面.烟雾病是一种少见的特殊的脑血管病,研究显示,两者在人种分布及血管受累的分布上具有一致性,因此有假说认为烟雾病是颅内大动脉狭窄/闭塞在亚裔人种高发的混杂因素,但临床医生有时很难以目前的检查手段来准确鉴别ICASO是来源于烟雾病还是与传统的动脉粥样硬化危险因素相关.
