野战医疗队检验模块的现状和改进措施

Present situation and improvement measures of medical laboratory module in field medical team

野战医疗队是由军队医院抽组形成的应急机动卫勤力量,其保障能力的高低直接影响战时卫勤保障的整体效能。检验模块作为野战医疗队的组成部分,在伤病员病情的诊断、治疗和预后判断中发挥着重要的作用。由于检验模块涉及检测项目多,部分操作较为复杂,且对检测装备的性能和稳定性有很高的要求,限制了其野战条件或恶劣复杂环境下保障能力。结合野战医疗队检验模块现状提出改进措施,以提升野战医疗队保障水平。

The field medical team is a group of emergency mobile medical service force drawn by the military hospital,its support ability would directly affect the mission of medical support in war. As a part of the field medical team,the medical laboratory module plays an important role in the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of sick and wounded condition. There are many influence factors limiting the support ability of medical laboratory module in the field conditions or harsh complex environment,which include too many detection issures as well complex operations of some ones,high properties and stability requirements of many detection instruments,etc. So this paper discusses the present situation and improvement measures of medical laboratory module in field medical team to uplift its support level.
