摘要
苏53-82-50HC侧钻井井眼直径较小,对完井工具及完井方式的选择提出了较高的要求。经分析对比及优选,该井开展了TAP lite阀套管滑套多级分层完井压裂的试验。该技术打破了常规套管射孔,油管连入分层压裂工艺思路,提出了将多个TAPlite阀套管滑套与套管一起入井固井,然后通过套管注入进行分层改造的分层完井工艺理念。对该技术的实施流程及应用效果进行了详细阐述,并对TAPlite阀套管滑套位置校深技术、固井特殊工艺技术等关键技术进行了论述。实践结果表明,该技术简化了工艺流程、缩短了完井周期、节约了施工成本、大幅降低了施工压力、提高了工艺安全性;压裂后取得了较高的产量,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Due to a well SU 53-82-50HC has a sidetracking slim hole, the higher requirement for selecting the well com- pletion tools and method has been put forward. Through analyzing, comparing and optimizing, the well has conducted multi -stage stratified fracturing test with casing sliding sleeve and TAP lite valve. The technology has broken the conventional thought of casing perforation, tubing connection and layered fracturing, put forward a new idea, i.e. put several TAP lite valvs with casing together and run in hole for cementing, and then completed the layered reformation and well completion by injecing fluid through casing. The paper has described the implementation process and application effect of this technology in detail, and discussed the key techniques, such as the depth correction of TAPlite valve and sliding sleeve, special ce- menting technique, etc. Practice results showed that the technology could simplify the operation process, shorten the well completion period, save the construction cost, significantly reduce the operation pressure, raise the safety of operation. After fracturing, the high yield was obtained, which has a certain value of popularization and application.
