合水长6致密油体积压裂水平井产能影响因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 分段多簇体积压裂水平井产能的影响因素较多,准确分辨主要及次要因素对水平井压裂设计具有重要意义。在综合考虑了地层因素(孔隙度、渗透率)、施工因素(水平段长度、压裂级数、裂缝半长、导流能力)和井网因素(井距、排距)的基础上,比较了各个参数对体积压裂水平井产能影响程度的强弱。运用信息量分析法、灰关联分析法和数值模拟正交试验对各参数影响程度主次进行排序。3种方法得到的结果基本一致,裂缝半长、水平段长度、压裂级数是影响合水长6致密砂岩油藏体积压裂水平井产能的主要因素,渗透率、孔隙度、导流能力、井距、排距为次要影响因素。对于合水长6致密砂岩油藏,准确设计压裂改造措施有望大幅提高水平井的产能。 There are many influential factors on horizontal well productivity by staged volume fracturing, which is of great significance to accurately distinguish primary and secondary ones for horizontal well fracturing design. Based on the compre- hensive consideration of formation factors (porosity, permeability), operation parameters (horizontal section length, frac- turing stages, fracture half length, flow conductivity) and well network factors (well spacing, row spacing) , the influence degree of each parameter on the horizontal well productivity has been compared, and sorted the influence degree of each pa- rameter by using information amount analysis method, grey correlation and numerical simulation orthogonal test methods. The results obtained by the three methods are basically consistent, i. e. fracture half length, horizontal section length and stages of fracturing are primary influential factors on horizontal well productivity by volume fracturing in Heshui Chang6 tight sandstone oil reservoir, and permeability, porosity, fracture conductivity and well spacing are secondary parameters. As far as Heshui Chang 6 tight sandstone oil reservoir is concerned, the accurate design for fracturing measures can be expected to significantly improve the productivity of horizontal wells.
