摘要 为提高电器设备的可靠性,保证电网安全运行,提出真空断路器操作机构控制系统的设计方案。基于PIC单片机设计控制系统硬件电路和软件程序,包括IGBT驱动电路和RS485通讯电路,并对IGBT动作过电压缓冲技术和通讯抗干扰技术进行研究。控制系统能够控制永磁机构驱动动触头运动,满足真空断路器的操作要求。 In order to improve the reliability of electrical equipments and to ensure the safe operating of power system, a design scheme of permanent magnet sealed vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism control system is proposed. Hardware circuit and software program of control system are designed on the basis of PIC single chip microcomputer, including IGBT drive circuit and RS485 communication circuit. The IGBT action over voltage buffer technique and communication anti-jamming technique are researched. The system can control the permanent magnetic actuator to drive mine permanent magnet sealed type vacuum circuit to complete the breaker switching operations, which meets the design expectations.
