摘要
传媒类实验教学示范中心队伍建设既有高校实验队伍建设的共性,又有其特殊性。通过分析当前传媒实验教学示范中心实验队伍的现状及其存在的问题,从深化实验室管理体制改革、优化队伍结构、健全培养体系、完善配套保障制度等方面对实验队伍建设进行了探索和研究。
The experimental teaching demonstration center for media arts has the common features in laboratory team＇s construction of colleges and universities, and also has its specificity. Through the analysis of the current situation of the media experimental teaching demonstration center and its existing problems, this article explores the laboratory team construction in terms of deepening the reform of laboratory management system, optimizing the team structure, improving the training system, perfecting the related measures, and so on.
