基于导师制的高职学生培养过程质量控制研究

Research on the Quality Control of Higher Vocational Students' Training Process Based on Tutorial System

分析了在高职教育中采用导师制进行学生培养过程质量控制的理由,提出了在高职院校执行导师制能够控制学生培养过程质量。分析了高职院校执行导师制的保障条件,对于在高职院校进行导师制的执行流程进行了介绍。提出师资队伍、开放的实训环境、相应的政策条件是开展导师制的重要保障条件,体现能力水平的证书培训、参与教科研项目及参加技能水平竞赛是对于学生培养过程质量控制的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the reasons for the quality control of students＇ training process in higher vocational education, and puts forward that the implementation of tutorial system in higher vocational colleges can control the quality of students＇ training process. This paper analyzes the guarantee conditions of the implementation of the tutor in higher vocational colleges, and introduces the implementation process of the tutorial system in higher vocational colleges. This paper proposes that faculty, open training environment, the corresponding policy is to carry out the tutorial system an important guarantee conditions, reflect the level of competence certificate training, participation for teaching and scientific research projects and to participate in the competition in skill level is for the students to develop effective ways to the process quality control.
