摘要 根据绿色化学理念,对乙酰水杨酸的合成实验方法进行了改进和优化。以硅胶负载碘(I2/SiO2)为催化剂,试管为反应容器,通过微波辐射加热合成了乙酰水杨酸。通过单因素试验考察乙酸酐/水杨酸比例、催化剂用量、微波功率、辐射时间对乙酰水杨酸产率的影响,并通过正交试验确立了最佳的实验条件。与传统的浓硫酸催化法实验相比较,该法反应时间短、产率高、操作简单、危险性小、环境友好。 The method of synthesis of acetylsaicylic acid was improved for students' organic chemistry experimental teaching on the guide of green chemistry concept. Acetylsaicylic acid is synthesized under microwave radiation in tube using iodine/silica composite(I2/SiO2 ) as catalys. Effects of molar ratio of acetic acid anhydride to salicylic acid, catalys dosage, microwave radiation power and time on productivity of acetylsalicylic acid are discussed through the single factor experiment, and then the optimal reaction conditions are determined by orthogonal test. Compared with the traditional method, taking the concentrated sulfuric acid as catalys, the main advances of this methodology are short reaction time, high yield, convenient manipulation, small hazard and eco-friendly environment.
