贝壳类海产品砷形态分析实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 实验探讨了超声时间、温度、功率对贝壳类海产品中砷化合物提取的影响,对高效液相色谱-原子荧光(HPLC-AFS)联用技术测定贝壳类海产品中的As形态进行了实验研究。在优化的实验条件下,As(V)、一甲基砷(MMA)、二甲基砷(DMA)、砷甜菜碱(AsB)在5-200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9995,4种砷化合物的检出限分别为1.47、3.34、3.30、2.36μg/L。样品加标回收率为92.3%-115.2%,相对标准偏差为1.04%-2.20%(n=6)。研究结果表明,该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠,适用于海产品中砷的形态分析。 Various ultrasonic extraction parameters were optimized,including the time, temperature and power. A method of high performance liquid chromatography coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC- AFS) has been developed for speciation of arsenic(As) in shells. Under the optimum experiment conditions, the detection limits of the method were 2.36 μg/L, 3.30 μg/L, 3.34 μg/L, 1.47μg/L for AsB, DMA, MMA, As(V) ,respectively, in which the good linear ranges were 5-200 μg/L and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0. 9995. The spiked recoveries were obtained from 92. 3% to 115. 2%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2.20% (n= 6). The results indicate that the method is simple to operate, and has rapid specd, good sensitivity, accurate and reliable results, and it is suitable and practicable for determination of arsenic species in shells.
