摘要 针对材料力学教学与工程实践脱节的问题,从瓦斯抽采护孔管选型工程实践中,提炼出PVC、PE、PPR管材无孔和有孔试件的轴向拉伸、压缩和扭转实验,可获得各种试件的基本力学性质,并与材料力学课程内容有机结合,从构件的强度和刚度出发,提出具体的工程建议方案。这种"工程—实验—理论—工程"一体化的教学方案,使学生对材料力学知识产生更深入的整体性理解和掌握,培养了学生分析和解决工程问题的能力。 Aiming at the disconnection of teaching Mechanics of Materials coursewith the engineering practice, and from the practice of hole-protected pipe selection in gas drainage engineering, the axial tensile, compression and torsion experiments on the PVC, PE and PPR pipe specimens are carried out. The basic mechanical properties of these specimens are obtained and combined organically with the content of Mechanics of Materials course. The specific project proposals are made on the basis of the strength and stiffness of the materials. This "Project-Experiment-Theory-Project" integrated teaching program enables the students to understandand master the knowledge of Mechanics of Materials course more deeply and completely, and cultivates their ability to analyze and solve engineering problems.
