基础化学实验“蒽与马来酸酐之Diels-Alder反应”的创新与绿色化开设

摘要 融合绿色化学理念,创新基础化学实验蒽与马来酸酐Diels-Alder的反应与重结晶条件,设计采用无毒、水溶性、高沸点的二甘醇二甲醚作为蒽与马来酸酐Diels-Alder反应的溶剂,重结晶体系为二甘醇二甲醚—石油醚混合溶剂。产物经熔点、红外(IR)光谱和核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)分析表征。采用气相扩散方法培养单晶,产物的晶体结构经X-射线单晶衍射分析。实验方法具有绿色、环保、反应条件温和、后处理简便、收率高等特点,整个实验体系综合性强。 Based on green chemistry concept, a basic chemistry experiment for the Diels-Alder reaction of anthracene and maleic anhydride and for the conditions of re-crystallization is innovated, diglyme which is non- toxic and water-soluble, and has high boiling pointis used as the solvent for the reaction of Diels-Alder of anthracene and maleic anhydride as "greenization. " The mixed solvent is produced by combing 9, 10-dihydro- anthracene-9, 10-α, β-maleic anhydride, the re-crystallization system with diglyme-petroleum. The product contains analytical characterization of melting point, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. A single crystal is cultivated by gas phase diffusion method and its structure is analyzed by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. By applying this experimental method to the basic organic chemistry experimental teaching, the results show that this innovative experiment has the advantages of being green, environmental protection, moderate reaction condition, easy post-processing, good yielding, etc. , and the whole system of this experiment is comprehensive.
