摘要
由技能型人才向创新创业型人才的转变是高职院校人才培养模式未来改革的主要方向,更是迎合大众创新、万众创业社会大环境发展的必然趋势。结合计算机软件专业特点、依托校企合作平台解决人才培养中存在的问题,以天津电子信息职业技术学院为例,探索高职计算机软件专业创新创业人才培养模式,为我国高职院校创新创业型人才培养献计献策。
The future reform direction is that the talent cultivation mode is changed from training the skilled personnel to the innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges, which caters to the inevitable trend of the social development for the public innovation and mass people＇sentrepreneurship. Based on the characteristics of Computer Software major, relying on the college enterprise cooperation platform to solve the problems existing in the personnel training, and taking Tianjin Electronic Information College as an example, suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training in higher vocational colleges.
