摘要
装设驱潮加热器是设备机构箱内保持良好干燥的主要方式,但当前加热器对箱体内部整体环境湿度控制较差,加热效果的均匀度不足,容易出现局部凝露现象。本文分析了这一现象的原因在于加热器的体积及分布方式,并研究制作了一种可扩展连接的加热器,提高其加热的均匀度,且布置方便。通过实验对比可知,驱潮效果有显著提升。
Installing heater in mechanism box is the main method to keep dry in it. But the heater of the box cannot control the overall environmental humidity. The lack of uniformity of heating causes local condensation. This paper analyzes the reason of this phenomenon that lies in the volume and distribution of the heater, and researches and implements an extensible heater which improves the heating uniformity and is easy to deploy. Experimental results show that the effect of humidity-proof has been significantly improved.
