摘要
互联网、数字信息以及移动通信技术的发展,微博、微信等新媒体的广泛运用,加速了"微时代"的到来,全国掀起了智慧城市建设的热潮。在此背景之下,各省市也在探索小城镇建设发展的新路径。本文以江苏省盐城市大丰区智慧建设为例,以当前智慧城市评价指标体系研究成果为基础,结合小城镇建设特点,探究大丰区小城镇建设现状和问题,构建智慧大丰评价指标体系,最终提出建设智慧小城镇的一般性发展模式。
The development of the Internet,digital information and mobile communication technology along with the wide application of new media like Microblog and We Chat,etc. accelerate the arrival of the Micro Era. Developing smart cities is becoming a great trend throughout China. Against such background, provinces and cities are exploring new path for developing small towns. This paper,taking the smart construction of Dafeng District of Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province as an example,explores the current situation and existing problems of the small town construction of Dafeng District on the basis of the characteristics of small town construction as well as the current research results in smart city evaluation index system,establishes an evaluation index system for Smart Dafeng,and finally puts forward a general development pattern for smart small towns.
