Impact of Piecework Wage on Productivity and Some Countermeasures

摘要 计件工资制是加工制造业常用的薪酬制度,能在很大程度上对员工产生激励作用,提高员工的工作积极性,但计件工资制度又会在一定程度上影响生产平衡,对生产率产生一定的影响。本文针对计件制工资对制造型企业生产线的平衡以及生产率的影响,提出相应的解决对策。 Piecework wage is widely used in manufacturing as incentives to employees. It can fully motivate the employee's initiative for work. However, piecework wage also has influences on the balance of production and therefore on the productivity. This paper analyzes the impact of piecework wage on manufacturing line balance and productivity, and puts forward some countermeasures.
