Research on the Green Supply Chain Management in China's Automobile Industry

本文系统分析了欧盟、美国、日本等汽车工业发达国家在绿色供应链管理方面的先进经验,介绍了大众、福特、丰田等汽车企业的优秀实践案例,阐述了我国在汽车绿色供应链管理中存在的问题,并从国家层面、企业层面提出了相应的管理建议,以期为我国汽车绿色供应链管理提供参考。

This paper systematically analyzes the advanced experience of automobile industry in developed countries in the EU, America and Japan in the green supply chain management, introduces excellent practices in Volkswagen,Ford, TOYOTA and other car companies, and elaborates existing problems in automobile green supply chain management. The paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on management at the national level and enterprise level, in order to provide a reference for automobile green supply chain management in China.
