摘要
为深入研究长三角区域主要花椰菜资源的遗传变异及与其近缘种的亲缘关系,为花椰菜种质资源利用和杂交新品种选育奠定基础,对区域内的36份花椰菜及其近缘种材料进行了亲缘关系的SRAP分析。结果表明:20对SRAP引物共产生稳定清晰的扩增条带105条,其中多态性条带52条,多态性带的比例为49.52%,36份花椰菜及其近缘品种资源遗传相似系数为0.553—0.990,26份花椰菜之间的相似系数为0.693—0.990,花椰菜及其近缘种间的相似系数高、变幅小、遗传基础比较狭窄。聚类分析表明:花椰菜和宝塔花菜亲缘关系最近,青花菜次之,芥蓝最远,熟性是影响长三角区域花椰菜品种资源类群的主要因素。
In order to study the genetic variation of the main cauliflower resources in Yangtze River Delta region and the genetic relationship with their related species,and lay the foundation for the utilization of cauliflower germplasm resources and breeding new varieties,the genetic relationship of 36 cauliflower resources and their related species in the region were analyzed by SRAP.The results showed that 105 stable and clear bands were amplified by 20 pairs of SRAP primers,of which 52 were polymorphic bands with the ratio of49.52%.The genetic similarity coefficients of 36 cauliflower resources and their related species were 0.553—0.990,while 26 cauliflower resources were 0.693—0.990.The similarity coefficient of cauliflowers and their related species was high,small variation range,and the genetic basis was relatively narrow.Cluster analysis showed that cauliflower was most closely related to romanesco cauliflower,then to broccoli,and farthest related to Chinese kale.Maturity was the main factor that affects the resource group of cauliflower varieties in Yangtze River Delta.
