摘要
为了了解上海某猪场广泛耐药大肠埃希菌的分子流行特征和规律,对2014年该猪场分离到的18株广泛耐药猪源大肠埃希菌分别用Xba I酶切DNA进行脉冲场凝胶电泳,用EcoR I酶切DNA进行核糖体分型,两者均用BioNumerics分析软件进行聚类分析。结果表明:脉冲场凝胶电泳将18株猪源大肠埃希菌分为13个型,核糖体分型将同样的菌株分为8个型;该猪场广泛耐药大肠埃希菌同源性较差,且基因型中未发现绝对优势条带。
In order to find out the epidemic characteristics of Escherichia coli with extensive drug tolerance on a pig farm at Shanghai,both Xba I digested DNA pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) and EcoR I digested DNA ribosome typing(RP)were used to analyze the homology of 18 extensively drug-tolerant E.coli strains isolated from the farm in 2014,and both cluster analyses were made by the BioNumerics software.The results showed that the 18 strains from the farm were divided into 13 types by the PFGE and into 8 types by the ribosome typing,the extensively drug-tolerant E.coli strains from the farm were poor in homology and among the genetypes no absolutely dominant band was found.
