氟啶脲对甜菜夜蛾蛋白质和糖类代谢的影响

摘要 研究了亚致死浓度氟啶脲处理甜菜夜蛾幼虫,分析其对幼虫体内蛋白质和糖类代谢的影响。结果表明:亚致死剂量氟啶脲处理甜菜夜蛾幼虫后,能显著增加血淋巴中可溶性蛋白质含量。而且这种作用具有明显的持续性,处理结束后48 h,各处理组血淋巴中蛋白质含量持续增加,LC_(10)、LC_(20)处理组蛋白质含量分别为18.54 mg/mL,19.55 mg/mL,为对照组含量的3.5倍和3.7倍。96 h时高浓度处理组LC_(30)、LC_(40)和对照组的蛋白量显著增加,96 h时对照组的蛋白含量显著高于各处理组。同时蛋白质SDS-PAGE结果也进一步表明,亚致死浓度氟啶脲处理甜菜夜蛾结束后48 h,血淋巴中蛋白质含量继续增加;而96 h后则表现出下降趋势。血淋巴中总糖含量的研究表明,不同亚致死浓度氟啶脲处理甜菜夜蛾后,幼虫血淋巴中糖含量比对照组有一定程度降低,但差异不显著。在处理结束后48 h、96 h时,各处理组的糖含量要高于对照组,其中LC_(30)处理组的总糖含量最高,在48 h、96 h时其含量分别为对照组的1.4和1.8倍。 The paper studied the total soluble protein and carbohydrate contents in Spodoptera exigua larval haemolymph treated with sublethal concentration of chlorfluazuron.The results indicated that,the larval total protein content increased significantly after being treated with sublethal concentration chlorfluazuron,and had obvious subsequent effects.The protein contents of all treated groups continued to increase at 48 th hour after the treatment ending.For LC10,LC10 treatment groups,the protein concentrations were 18.54 mg/mL and 19.55 mg/mL respectively,which were 3.5 and 3.7 times of control.At 96 th hour after the treatment ending,the protein contents in LC30,LC40 increased obviously compared the control group,and it is much higher in control than in the treatment groups.Moreover,the SDS-PAGE results also supported these conclusions that the sublethal concentration of chlorfluazuron showed the positive effects on increasing the protein contents at 48 th hour after the treatment ending,while the opposite situation happened at 96 th hour.For the total carbohydrate content in haemolymph,the conclusion was that the carbohydrate contents were decreased slightly after the treatment,but the differences were not significant.However,at the 48 th and 96 th hour after the treatment ending,the carbohydrate contents of all the treatments were higher than that of control.And the LC30 treatment group was the highest,whose carbohydrate contents were 1.4 and 1.8 times that of control at the 48 th and 96 th hour.
